THE High Court has ruled that the minister of Lands, Anxious Masuka, acted unlawfully when he allocated a farm in Mvurwi to one Make Mahwiridi, despite the property already being occupied. Justice Rogers Manyangadze recently set aside the minister’s decision to allocate Mahwiridi Plot 69 of Hariana Farm, which was already occupied by Mashumba Kaponya….
