Harare recorded a 23 percent decline in revenue collection from the informal sector in 2018. According to the informal sector committee minutes, inadequate funding for the informal sector projects was one of the reasons. The poor revenue collection comes as Harare is now looking for partners to construct adequate structures after removing vendors from the streets….
