HARARE – A habitual thief who smashed car windows before stealing valuables was sent back to prison yesterday. Tafadzwa Amon Foroma, 22, was yesterday convicted of “theft of car parts” when he appeared before Harare magistrate Tilda Mazhande. He was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment before four months were suspended on condition of good behavior….
