‘Government can’t meet national monthly grain demand’

AGRICULTURE minister Anxious Masuka says the Grain Marketing Board (GMB) only has capacity to supply a paltry 23 000 tonnes of grain out of a national monthly consumption of 150 000 tonnes. This comes despite Masuka recently reporting that the country was food secure with 247 000 tonnes of grain to last for 11 months….
