HARARE – Harare businessman Bernard Mahara Mutanga was hauled before the courts yesterday after he allegedly illegally sold land belonging to CFI Holdings (CFI) and swindled buyers of more than $20 000. Mutanga, 49, of 15 Hawkshed Drive, Borrowdale in Harare appeared before magistrate Tendai Mahwe charged with fraud. He was released on $200 bail….
