A 52-YEAR-OLD Bulawayo man was handed an effective 20-year prison sentence for raping his tenant’s 11-year-old daughter.Matthew Banda of Sizinda Suburb appeared before magistrate Sibonginkosi Mkandla facing two counts of rape and was convicted on both counts.“The sentences will run concurrently.
