TWO Health ministry employees have appeared before a Harare court after they allegedly abused the civil servants’ vehicle rebate scheme. Samuel Gerald Doma, 36, and Ruzvidzo Dudzai Bote, 29, were granted US$150 bail each when they appeared before Harare magistrate Marehwanazvo Gofa last week.
